A Lolita Tea Party at Fashion Institute Of Technology on occasion of designer Gashicon, who oversees graphic design for fashion brand H.Naoto and illustrates the 'Hangry and Angry' serial comic strip, lecture talk about kawaii (cuteness) culture and Japanese fashion.
